Engineering Control

Three-dimensional control measurement of components during fabrication and manufacture. We model the reality and compare it with the theoretical to ensure that manufacturing tolerances are met.

Dimensional Control

Three-dimensional positioning of components during installation. We have the experience and confidence to help our client with the fabrication of assemblies. Once measured, all the individual items can be fitted together in CAD to test the overall accuracy of the compilation and any necessary adjustments worked out. We can then set out the adjustments on site and ensure that the entire system will work accordingly.

As Built surveys

Recording structures and machinery for maintenance and repair. With the use of a laser scanner, we can record a great deal more information than may be required. The additional data is then archived for reference as and when required.

Distortion surveys

Multi-point and multi-epoch measurement of three-dimensional co-ordinates for distortion and deformation recording. This information can be gathered in the most efficient way possible, whether it be through direct observation by instrument, scanning or photogrammetry. We have the necessary tools to tackle most tasks.
